For MISSION Centrifugal Pumps, there are two kinds of regular impellers, one is open impeller, the other one is semi opem impeller.
In MISSION Catalog, open impellers are usually for MISSION Magnum series pumps, Semi open impellers are for MISSION 2500 SUPREME series pumps.

The impeller is the rotating component within the centrifugal pump design, which transfers the energy from the pump’s motor to the fluid.
Fully open impeller, ideally suited for corrosives and abrasives, handles solids and stringy fibers with ease. Allows for simple restoration of clearances when wear takes place. Back pump-out vanes reduce pressure on the shaft seal, reduce axial thrust on the bearings.
