(1) Check the centrifugal pump pipeline and seals for leaks. Before starting, turn the centrifugal pump shaft by hand to check whether the centrifugal pump is flexible.
(2) Observe that the oil level should be 1/3-1/2 of the oil mark. The lubricating oil (grease) should be replenished every day according to the lack of oil and replaced once a month.
(3) For centrifugal pumps whose installation position is higher than the liquid storage pool (tank), before starting the pump, unscrew the water diversion plug of the centrifugal pump body and fill it with water before starting the equipment.
(4) When opening, when the centrifugal pump operates normally, gradually open the outlet valve and observe the motor load and pipeline pressure at the same time. By adjusting the outlet valve, try to control the flow and lift within the range marked on the nameplate to ensure that the centrifugal pump operates at the highest efficiency point.
(5) During the operation of the centrifugal pump, the maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 80°C. If the bearing temperature exceeds 60°C during operation, check whether the lubricating oil level and cooling water pipeline are intact and whether there is any foreign matter entering the oil tank.
